Los Angeles, CA, March 15, 2012…….PurePower AVPS announced today that the US Patent Office and European Office of Tradmarks and Designs have officially received the registration for trademark protection from PurePower AVPS of Delaware and its president Zaki Yeh.  PurePower USA Trademark Registration can be viewed here.  European trademark registration can be viewed here, and Russian Federation registration can be seen here.

PurePower’s former distributor in Canada claims that it owns the brand name.  This claim is fraudulant and untrue, they have no rights under the law to the name brand PurePower for the sales of off-grid power supplies. Further, a search of the business registry database in Ontario Canada reveals no PurePower Partners LLC exists.  Searches of similar databases in New York and New Jersey reveal the same, no such entity exists.
